These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of J Tools services. By using the platform, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Service Scope
J Tools provides software interfaces and operational tooling for Solana workflows. We do not provide custody, brokerage, fiduciary, tax, investment, or legal advisory services.
Eligibility and Legal Capacity
You must use the services only where lawful and where you have legal capacity to enter binding agreements under applicable law.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for wallet security, seed phrase and private key control, transaction review before signing, recipient verification, local compliance, and all on-chain outcomes initiated from your wallet.
Non-Custodial Model
Transactions are signed by your wallet. We do not hold your private keys, recover lost keys, reverse blockchain confirmations, or guarantee transaction finality timing.
Fees, Network Costs, and Taxes
Platform fees and estimated network costs may apply depending on tool and network conditions. You are solely responsible for taxes, reporting duties, and third-party charges related to your activity.
Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You must not use the platform for unlawful conduct, sanctions evasion, fraud, abuse, system interference, unauthorized scraping, denial-of-service behavior, malware distribution, or rights-infringing activity.
Third-Party and Blockchain Risk
Service functionality may depend on wallets, RPC providers, indexers, analytics vendors, and blockchain networks beyond our direct control. We are not liable for outages, forks, reorgs, congestion, provider errors, or smart contract failures outside our controlled systems.
Intellectual Property
Platform software, branding, and materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted beyond limited, revocable use of the service according to these terms.
Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when needed to protect platform integrity, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these terms.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J Tools and related parties from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse, legal violations, or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties, and J Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
No Warranty
We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, market suitability, or compatibility with all wallets, tokens, jurisdictions, or third-party systems.
Governing Law and Mandatory Rules
These terms are interpreted under applicable law selected by mandatory legal principles and conflict-of-law rules. If mandatory local consumer or privacy law applies, those mandatory protections prevail only to the required extent.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.
No Waiver
Failure to enforce a right immediately does not waive that right or any other right under these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms when legal, technical, or operational conditions change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms to the extent allowed by law.
